Job Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：1、負(fù)責(zé)GI市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃并確保成功執(zhí)行2、負(fù)責(zé)GI相關(guān)會(huì)議，培訓(xùn)和跟臺(tái)3、細(xì)分客戶，為產(chǎn)品區(qū)分準(zhǔn)確核心定位或信息4、第一時(shí)間為GI相關(guān)產(chǎn)品詢問(wèn)提供參考并與銷售密切合作5、發(fā)展并維護(hù)KOL關(guān)系6、負(fù)責(zé)GI產(chǎn)品資料的管理7、協(xié)助年度市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃Responsible for developing GI product promotion plan and ensure a successful implementationLeading GI related conferences, trainings, workshops, etc.Develop customer segmentation, and craft core positioning / messaging that differentiates the productsServing as point of first reference for GI product related enquiries and work collaboratively with sales teamKOL development and maintenanceManagement on GI product collaterals/materialsAssist with the development of the annual marketing plan1、本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷，產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或者相關(guān)領(lǐng)域，有GI經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳2、具備產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括:市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)/分析,NPI流程,產(chǎn)品路線圖開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品生命周期管理3、產(chǎn)品/行業(yè)敏銳度,了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的趨勢(shì),新的機(jī)會(huì),等等。4、優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面溝通技巧5、在高壓環(huán)境下確保高效Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development or related field, preferable in GI fieldExperienced in product Management, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management.Product/industry acumen, understand competitive trends, new opportunities, etc.Excellent oral and written communications skillsAbility to work effectively within a matrix environment
